FASCIA COVERINGS + CAPPING
Improving a modern design with an updated fascia and capping
The owner had previously had their guttering fully replaced with the expectation that no further works were required; however, to maintain it’s modern sophistication we were tasked with adding fascia covers and capping to the existing timber work.
Throughout the project we identified the need for the front guttering, which had not been previously replaced, to be included due to what would eventuate into access difficulties had it not been completed by us. We were able to provide a high level service for our client ensuring that all works would not only last heavy rainfall but also look good in doing so.
FASCIA + CONCEALED GUTTERING
Transforming a flood-prone 70’s classic into a timeless marvel
An existing property with classic 70’s style concealed guttering had multiple flooding and overflowing issues across the guttering system which caused major damage to the brickwork as well as the internal plaster ceilings, walls and doors.
Our unique guttering solution was installed in totality to create positive flow and drainage. We created a dry gable system on the front for a modern maintenance-free solution and incorporating Colorbond® fascia covers to enhance the timeless feel of the property.
REPAIR + CONCEALED GUTTERING
Implementing custom gutter solutions to end overflow concerns
This luxury 90’s built property with consistent overflow and rainwater damage was causing the owner’s immense concern and stress due to the deterioration it was having on their family home.
Using our custom-fit solution across the full perimeter of the roof, we created smooth water flow and drainage while incorporating modern materials & techniques. This ensured the property would continue to maintain it’s luxurious feel and have the client be certain that their gutters would be flood-free.
